During the conversion process, the camera was completely serviced. Complete cleaning and adjusting of all the optical elements located in the viewfinder as well as removing dust created by the old foam and the top front prism. Super 16mm converted ground glass and complete cleaning of those parts. Converted and enlarged viewfinder to match the new Super 16mm film gate.
Turret was re-machined and re-centered to Match perfectly the Super 16mm Film Gate. Some "technicians" do not dare to make this delicate and difficult Modification, resulting in an important vignetting on the exposed film. Those kind of "conversions" will not work Properly. Converted sprocket wheels and sync them with the claw. The claw was re-synced with the shutter to insure a perfect exposure.
Camera was serviced during process to insure a perfect running. Film gate was converted and polished to Super 16 specification (16:9). Speeds of the camera were tested and adjusted.
Camera was re-sealed to avoid any light intrusion. Tested with film for scratches and perfect running. Please see pics carefully for condition.
