  Here is a sweet ART DECO era 45mm KODAK "BANTAM" - easily among the coolest vintage cameras ever produced - this classic was designed by renowned American industrial designer Walter Dorwin Teague. The lustrous black finish is dramatically inlaid horizontally with silver trim top to bottom, front and back. The camera was briefly examined by a camera buff friend who knows much more and he stated the bellows seem fine, the range-finder is quite good, the shutter OK, a bit stiff but it hasn't been used in years.    Early 1936 Kodak Bantam Special Serial #3300 with Kodak 45mm Ektar f/2 Lens. Compur Rapid shutter serial number dates shutter to1935. Bantam has marks from use and old touch up spots. Please see detailed pictures for cosmetic condition. Camera opens easily and closes properly. Lens has nice front and rear elements. Front element has very tiny edge separation spot near the "na" on Anastigmat. Lens has light haze and two small areas of old very very fine light branch fungus inside.
