   This 1930's Victor Cine Camera model 4, has been fully tested. The speeds seem to be accurate. Viewfinder is clear and adjustable. Level indicator is there, but doesnt seem to be working properly. Shutter button and lock is working. Interior is in great condition. Inside film compartment everything is in working order. Exterior shows normal wear due to age.    Due to its age of roughly 90 years, the interior oils within this Rolleiflex have dried up. Many of the mechanisms still move, including the focus, f/stops, and shutter speeds but the shutter does not fire.
