Vintage Mint NICCA 3-A IIIa Rangefinder 35mm Film Camera L39 With Lens. Had this Checked by a Camera Professional and he says it will. Need a complete CLA to properly use camera.   

   Nicca 3-F Rangefinder w/ Nikon Nikkor H-C 50mm F/2. Appearance is beautiful, a minimal sign of use. The viewfinder has some fungus but is in good condition. Some Scratches on the front element(No impact when taking a photo). Shutter : Works The shutter speed changes from high speed to low speed, but I feel that the low speed is a little faster.    Shutter times well at all speeds despite a wrinkle in the opening shutter curtain. When cocking the shutter, sometimes there is a little'hang up' right before the end - feels like a gear is slipping. Sometimes it works just fine. Rangefinder is working and patch is fairly clear.
