   Here is serial number 127280 very rare lens and as pristine perfect as the day it came from the factory. Coating perfect, iris smooth and no fungus.    Here is another very rare lens that I pulled from my vault. It was still wrapped with the cellophane and yellowed tape but somehow I deleted the picture showing me unwrapping it. I hope that you can see it in the pictures but on the edge it says " WAR FINISH" on the edge. I can only assume that there was some moisture in the room when it was wrapped up as I can see some very light fungus on one area of the lens.    I got cases of new lenses and what I did not sell at the time I put in safe deposit vaults. You are looking at the lens as unwrapped it from the tissue it was wrapped in for decades.    Zeiss Ikon Ikonta M 524/16 With Novar 75mm F3.5 Lens & Case. Lovely Zeiss Ikonta "M" camera fitted with Novar 75mm F3.5 lens and having un-coupled rangefinder.
