Rolleiflex 2.8C with Schneider Xenotar 80mm f2.8 Lens

This vintage Rolleiflex 2.8C TLR has been lovingly kept by me for the last 4 years. It's in quite beautiful condition given its age - a testament to its German build. Both the viewing and the taking lenses are clean and free from fungus, separation and haze. Minor dust particles here and there, nothing unusual for vintage equipment.

The leatherette is original and has been reglued in some spots and is holding up well. The focusing screen is quite clean and clear. Shutter operates normally without sticking and the cranking operation and film transport are problem-free. The lens diaphragm blades appear oil-free and very clean and scratch-free. The film pressure plate is pristine (absolutely no rust) and keeps the film plane flat.

Self-timer operates properly as intended, too! The listing includes the camera and the original metal dual lens cap. The overripe bananas shown in the viewfinder are not included. I keep my stuff in climate-controlled condition in dust-free sealed bags when not in use.

This TLR in particular I have used with a total of 7 rolls of film, both BW and color. The negatives came out well exposed and razor-sharp with the beautiful bokeh that the Xenotar lens is famous for.
