There is one small air bubble in the bottom left of the front element as pictured. This is not uncommon for cameras of this time and should not cause any issues.    W/ B&L 8½ f8 Lens + Original Case. This Premo is in nice cosmetic condition showing minor signs of use, especially for its age. Please examine the listing photos for the overall cosmetic condition of the item. The left-hand side hinge is missing its retaining screw. The shutter does not fire properly.    Here is a vintage Rochester Optical Co. It is the 4x5 size version. It has its oirignal red bellows. It has a very early brass lens with the wheelhouse diaphragm which I think they only used for the first year of the cameras production in 1895. The glass has a little seperation around the edge. It needs new leather covering. The bellows are in poor shape. The camera is made of quality mahogany wood. The ground glass is intact.
