I happened to ask a dealer recently where he got his equipment serviced. I have never attempted to do that.. Though I believe in a camera and lens having a natural patina I do very often have my own stuff serviced at Aperture.. So much so that when I mentioned I had bought a Midget for an exorbitant sum (being new to Midgets at 6 feet plus with a Hasselblad in each hand) AND it was broken..
