Super nice with no optical flaws. There is one larger than usual bit of internal dust as pointed out in photos. I think it's probably black paint which came off the lining of the lens. See photo of that too. If you look carefully at the lens body you will find a those two tiny nicks.
The lens cap I bought separately but it's the correct 1970s style, cap has a little wear. This is a later version of this non-ai lens by serial number probably made in the early 1970s. Smooth focus, diaphragm doesn't have any oil on the blades. There're no smoke or mold smells. The box is fairly nice but does have some smudges and shelf wear. Serial number on box and lens match. I'm assuming that Nikon silica gel is original.
The bubble does have a few marks but nothing bad at all, no big cracks or chips or anything like that. Overall very nice collectible condition. If wanting to adapt this to digital, do your research as non Ai lenses don't connect correctly with most adapters. I'm including that little plastic bag with the lens but I'm not sure it really belongs.
It's too small to fit over the bubble and doesn't quite make sense to put it over lens. But anyway leaving it in there. Photo is of the actual item(s), no other extras included. Rectangular US paper is also good.
