4 series III 12 focus lens. Along with an Eastman Kodak sliding carriage. The camera is in overall very good condition. But there are a few things that should be pointed out. Someone has cleaned the brass tags / emblems, so they do not have their original petina.
In addition there is one piece of wood on the side that had been cracked, and has since been repaired. The handle in the middle of the track (black plastic) may not be original to the camera. Overall very good / presentable condition.
