This camera was part of my friends vintage electronic collection. The camera comes with the power cord which also a video out. I put a new fuse in the camera and it powered on without any problems. The monitor is just showing a gray picture when powered on but I'm not really sure how to adjust the settings to determine how well it works. There is not a ton of information out there about this camera but I know it was made in Tokyo Japan. I think it uses a CCD sensor to capture the images.
It has tons of different controls that can be used to adjust levels and colors of everything. This camera was used in a tv broadcasting studio. Thanks for checking it out!
