Vintage Conley Film & Plate Camera w/ 3 Holders TIB Rapid Rectilinear Lens. I know very little about Antique camera's, so I didn't try to test it. Has 3 -5X7 film holder, Plates? The only issue I see is the slider metal plate has a bent end. The camera was open when found and only when I closed it did I see the metal bent corners.
I removed it and straightened the bent corners. May need some more attention.
