The Voigtländer Prominent is a 35 mm leaf shutter. Featuring interchangeable lenses, the first camera of this type. In 1950, in competition with Leicas.
These lenses are special, they have a vintage bokeh that is to die for. The lens is clean and clear but for some tiny nicks on the front element and some dust. There is also slight clouding around the edges of one of the elements but can only be seen shining a very strong light into it. The images that it produces are beautiful however so no need for concern if you want to adapt the lens for use on other camera systems. All in all a very nice old kit with history.
