The S2 was the first Nikon rangefinder camera to offer a lever wind and was the first full frame 35mm (24x36mm) camera Nikon made. I have serviced this camera so you get a working trouble free camera. Made in Japan in 1955. This is a cosmetically nice looking Nikon S2 with correct Nikkor H. His is a 35mm Rangefinder Film Camera. The camera you see is the camera you get. The 1st and 2nd shutter curtains are supple. The shutter is working at all speeds. The lens focus and diaphragm are working.
There is some minor oil on the diaphragm blades, but this affects nothing. There is no separation, fungus, scratches or haze. There is very minor dust that affects nothing.
The cameras leather is 100% intact. There are slight brightmarks on top and base plates. This is an perfectly useable and well cared for Nikon S2. Overall grade is ex+ or better. This is an above average grade for me.
