   Vintage Cosmicar CCTV / Television Powered Camera Lens ES 12.5mm 1:1.4 Made in Japan. The number 038451 is stamped into the metal surround, I don't know if that is a model or serial number. The lens itself is in excellent condition and appears to be NOS or very lightly used, with original top and bottom caps. There is a four prong connector cable attached, I'm not sure what it's function is, but if you are looking at this you probably know.
