This is a cool find. It is an old polaroid CU-5 close up camera. It has part of the dental attachment so maybe it was in a dental office? I tested both lenses and they seem to be functioning fine. The power pack appears to work well. The strobes on the 127mm Rodenstock lens charge and fire very quickly, however the 75mm Rodenstock lens charges much more slowly. Perhaps with some use it will charge faster, but I'm not sure. The film that this took is no longer manufactured but can be found at some niche camera shops.
