"Zenit-ET" is a small-format SLR camera with a constant-sight mirror. Designed for various amateur and special filming on black-and-white and color film. The camera has a built-in exposure meter, self-timer, and shutter trigger. The camera can use interchangeable lenses with an M42×1 mounting thread and a working distance of 45.5 mm. "Zenit-ET" can be used for reproduction work using extension rings, close-up shooting of small objects from short distances (macro photography) and shooting with a microscope (micro photography).
The camera is available in two versions: with the Helios-44-2 lens - 2/58 mm, with the Industar-50-2 lens - 3.5/50 mm. The camera compares favorably with previous models with the following advantages. Rewinding the film using a tape measure when the shutter mechanism is disconnected from the film transport mechanism. The Fresnel lens ensures uniform brightness of the image of the subject in the viewfinder, and micropyramids in the center of the field increase the accuracy of focusing the image.
Shutter synchronization with flash lamp; the ability to use flash lamps with cable and cableless connections. Charging the camera with film is cassette with simplified loading of the end of the film onto the receiving reel. Helios 44-2 58mm F/2.0, M42 mount, USSR lens! Relative aperture: 1:2.0. Aperture scale: 2.0 to 16.
