It was made in the USA not Germany. The Cineflex 35mm motion picture cinema was produced as a WWII Hand Held Combat camera. It was entirely manufactured in the USA as a clone-copy of the German made Arriflex camera It was built by the Cameraflex company in New York City. This is a rare bird indeed. You will only see these far and few in-between.
This one includes 400 film magazine, a small 200 film magazine, a factory electric motor, and a factory spring wound motor, a power cable and a Soligor Lens. This same model camera was favored by filmmaker Russ Meyer, who became familiar with it during the war, to shoot his exploitation movies such as SuperVixens in 1975.
The camera makes an excellent display piece. It is operational but it has not been film tested. A tripod and head are included with this camera.
