(sample images have been lightly edited in lightroom). Name of Lens Block - Yashica Yashinon. Mount - Mirrorless only (RF, E, Z, or Fuji X). Filter Size - 46mm (possibly).
Fullframe, crop or film - Mirrorless only. Focal Range - Approx 30cm to infinity. Condition of Lens Block - 9/10.
Almost no imperfections at all, minor dust. My opinions on the lens. All the Yashica lenses ive owned have always had that something special for me, and that seems to be enough sharpness wide open, cinematic flares and somewhat interesting and busy bokeh and the 4.5cm (45mm) f1.8 rangefinder lens in question is no exception! This lens though is much lighter and more compact! It excels at having a beautiful and dreamy appeal to the images it puts out ###128175.

I noticed that the flare is very susceptible to "glaring" which can turn a good image bad, although with a bit of body movement, this can generally be overcome. Also, when you have that sun flare showing in images, you have these artifacts show in the flare itself (hard to explain) but it projects the dust inside the lens onto the flare pattern if that makes sense, a weird thing i haven't seen before ###129335;???
(see first image for an example). Bokeh is busy at times, and at closer distances it becomes more smooth too. The colors from the Yashi are just to die for - they remind me of Canon colors, maybe better ###128521. Check my other ads for great items at great prices.
