I do not know what that means, if anything. The needle does move slightly towards the "+" when making adjustments but never in center. The shutter operates smoothly and the lens is clean. Includes original leather case, some scuffs on case outer.

F 13.5cm 1:3.5 No. 262068 The Nippon Kogaku Nikkor Q. 260403 lens is part of the Nikon NIKKOR series and has a Nikon S mount. Beautifully manufactured, it is in excellent condition.   

The front lens cover may or may not be the original, as it just sort of sits and rests on the lens and does not latch or stay in place if the lens is rotated. The lens looks good with no scratches that I can detect, and does not show any signs of mold on either side.
