Vivitar 28mm 1:28 Wide Angle MC Lens No. Zuiko Auto-S 1:14 f=50mm No. Vivitar Automatic Tele Converter 2x21. The main base does have a strap connected where the connection rings have tarnish from age. I do not see any scratches on the lenses. There is a faint smell of "Age".   

Appearance is in good condition please refer to photos for reference. Comes with everything you see in the photos.   

Clean, no fungus, smooth functions.
