   This 1930's Victor Cine Camera model 4, has been fully tested. The speeds seem to be accurate. Viewfinder is clear and adjustable. Level indicator is there, but doesnt seem to be working properly. Shutter button and lock is working. Interior is in great condition. Inside film compartment everything is in working order. Exterior shows normal wear due to age.
