The Yashica LM was introduced in October 1957 and 37,872 were produced; not a lot really, which is probably why we don't see many for sale today. It has auto-stop when winding on the film and the shutter is cocked by the lever on the side of the taking lens, which I personally favour over the later crank handle of the Yashica-Mat and other models. This model has the 3-element Yashikor f/3.5 80mm lens and a Copal MX shutter with speeds from 1 sec to 1/300 plus B and it has XM flash syncronisation.
