   A very early wet plate camera in good condition for its age. It is a perfectly usable camera and has been used by me for alternative processes. Overall nice condition, very attractive. Focus screen has a chip in the glass.    Here is a very rare Rochester Optical & Camera Co. While they are common to find in 4x5 or 5x7 sizes it is very rare to find on in the largest 8x10 size. Here is an early antique Gundlach Korona 4x5 folding plate camera. Please look at the pictures to see it. It looks like one of the diaphragm blades is a little out of alignment.
