The camera is in incredible condition. Has waist level finder and all speeds are accurate. The ONLY flaw of this camera is that the focus is slightly stiff to rotate. HERE IS A WELL USED VINTAGE EXAKTA MOUNT 35MM F2.5 P. ANGENIEUX PARIS RETROFOCUS TYPE R1 CAMERA LENS. LENS BARREL SHOWS LOTS OF WEAR WITH FADED NUMBERS. NO OIL ON THE APERTURE BLADES. ALL LENS FUNCTIONS WORK SMOOTHLY. FRONT LENS GLASS HAS MANY SMALL CLEANING MARKS. REAR GLASS HAS SOME VERY LIGHT HAZE AND ALSO A FEW DUST SPECS. LENS COMES WITH ORIGINAL END CAPS.   

HERE IS A VINTAGE EXAKTA CAMERA MOUNT MEYER-OPTIK GORLITZ RED V 35MM F4.5 PRIMAGON WIDE ANGLE CAMERA LENS. GLASS LOOKS FAIRLY CLEAN WITH NO SCRATCHES OR FUNGUS. MAY HAVE VERY SLIGHT HAZE OR SLIGHT DUST DUE TO AGE BUT DOES NOT AFFECT PICTURE QUALITY. NO OIL ON THE APERTURE BLADES. ALL LENS FUNCTIONS WORK SMOOTHLY. LENS BARREL SHOWS LIGHT WEAR FOR ITS AGE.   

This is a very nice Exata camera with it's original leather camera case. There is a dent on the edge of the lens.

Vintage Exakta 500 Film Camera 35 mm. It comes with a Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 2.8 / 50 mm Lens # 8168037. Lens is in very good condition with no fungus or scratches. Has an etching marked out on the bottom of camera. Not Tested but shutter and winder work.   

   Here are TWO old 35mm SLR Cameras, from the 1950's & 1960's I think --- both made in East Germany (Soviet Germany)--- and Exakta VX and a VX-1000. Both have 50mm Zeiss lenses and both have operational problems. I'm no expert on these cameras but with some rudimentary examining, I can tell you this---- structurally, they are all fairly nice and solid---no major damage except for one thing, but otherwise have some light wear from age & use.
