This is in good condition for its age and appears to be fully functional, the rangefinder may not be calibrated but seems okay. The lens is clean but has some marks from cleaning on the inner elements which is strange but should not show up on photos taken, it arrived with the lens in pieces with the marks, assuming it had a failed fungus removal attempt.
