You are looking at a vintage Niko Nikkormat FT 3574626 SLR Camera with a Nikkor-S Auto 1:14 f=50mm Nippon Kogaku Japan Lens. The +/- as shown in picture 5 stays in the "-" zone. I do not know what that means, if anything. The needle does move slightly towards the "+" when making adjustments but never in center. The shutter operates smoothly and the lens is clean. Includes original leather case, some scuffs on case outer.
