All items appear complete and in usable condition but i did not go through and test each one. Please review photos and make your own judgement. I think there are 5 cameras, maybe a dozen lenses and tons of accessories.   

Little over 3 large totes worth. Bags are empty unless there is a lens or camera on top of them. If you don't like it make an offer.
