Comes with original never ready case - case leather strap has broken, is distressed & bottom of case is torn so it doesn't stay on well. Also the small case attached to strap is missing one side.   

Came out of an attic. Comes with lens and leather case as shown. The leather strap came off before I photographed all. I would think you could glue it back.
