Everything opens and latches and seems to function as it should. I cannot test it and wouldn't know how even if I could.   

   Here are TWO old 35mm SLR Cameras, from the 1950's & 1960's I think --- both made in East Germany (Soviet Germany)--- and Exakta VX and a VX-1000. Both have 50mm Zeiss lenses and both have operational problems. I'm no expert on these cameras but with some rudimentary examining, I can tell you this---- structurally, they are all fairly nice and solid---no major damage except for one thing, but otherwise have some light wear from age & use. Vintage Futura 35mm Rangefinder Camera Evar 50mm F2 Lens Leather Case German. Camera is in good working condition.
