The lens comes straight from an estate and is completely UNTESTED and in unknown working order. The cosmetic condition is decent with moderate overall wear. It could stand a thorough cleaning.  

Bausch & Lomb 26mm f/1.9 Animar Balcote Vintage Camera C Mount 16mm Lens. Hard to find lens from a huge estate collection. It does need to be cleaned a bit as it has been sitting in storage.
