The pre-exposure diaphragm stop down lever does not function. The mechanism in the lens is fine, and the lens stops down properly when the shutter fires. All the rest is good. Unit recently removed from a local municipal facility due to equipment changes. Unit is overall very clean and appears to have been used little.    The two lenses look to be in good condition but when I look inside I can see what looks to be rust on the shutter cover spiral and the silver one will not turn. The bullseye camera and rolli will not wind. This is just a couple of things i have noticed their are probably other issues. This was from a long time military dealer that had a couple of Army surplus stores these cameras have been sitting in storage for over 40 years.
