Tested, unsure how to operate it with the film but I put the batteries in and the red lights flashed and when I took a picture it clicked and sounded right. Did not test flash attachment. Unable to find this exact model online, looks like an AE-1 but mine has the waist-level viewfinder and those do not. Comes with a new roll of film and a carrying bag. This camera seems to be in great working condition. There are signs of age like fading of color and some scuffs. All of the mechanical buttons, levers and knobs work just right. I cannot fully test this camera. I see no reason why this camera would not work. It's from a non-smoking home.
