   Serial #1379 indicates this was the 379th of the approximately 2,000 made. 50mm f/1.9 Ektar Serial #EY1005 means it was made in 1940. There is a small ding on the lower left of the camera body (see the last two posted photos). No other scratches, leather is perfect, viewfinder clear. Lens is clear, focus stiff , iris is smooth, rangefinder accurate. The finest consumer camera Kodak ever made is, unfortunately, notorious for an imperfectly designed shutter.    Nice fairly clean looking, Kodak Eastman View No 2, Improved Model of the Century, 8X10 Camera. 5 slides are included with the camera, as well as the Wollensak #4 camera lens.
